The club and the instructor leading the dive reserve the right to authorize or refuse customers in view of their physical or mental state.
Change or cancellation after online payment:
Change of date or time of your reservation:
No additional charge will be applied if this change is made within 30 days.
Change or cancellation by the diving club:
The diving club is free to change or cancel reserved tours due to bad weather, unfavorable conditions, or physical, material, or other issues.
Customers who do not accept this change or who must cancel their reservation after having paid online will be fully reimbursed.
Cancellation by customers:
In the event of cancellation up to 3 days before the planned activity date, the club will retain 20% of the reservation’s total amount and an 80% reimbursement will be issued.
In the event of late cancellation or a no-show, the diving club will request 100% of the reservation’s total amount.
